D Desa Pesawaran Indah Goes Paperless: Pendampingan Penerapan Digital Marketing dan Digital Filing

Abstract

One of the tips for using technology to advance village communities is the application of paperless through digital marketing and digital filing. In Desa Pesawaran Indah, Kecamatan Way Ratai, Pesawaran Regency as the targeted location for IIB Darmajaya Community Service Practice Program or PKPM, the implementation of paperless office is needed assistance. Considering that this village has tourism potential and is very prospective for small businesses, it is still constrained by human resources capabilities in digital marketing and filing. Departing from this, Group 16 PKPM provided digital marketing and digital filling assistance to facilitate the activities of the people of Desa Pesawaran Indah. The PKPM method used is training and mentoring. The training activities carried out were creating social media accounts, marketplaces, Simonik, Google Drive accounts and QR codes. In addition to the training, it is continued with post-training assistance so that the benefits of this science and technology transfer are felt by the village community because it is easy to access digital documents.
