Community service activities carried out at Taman Islamic Center Food Court, Sukaraja Village, Gedong Tataan District, Pesawaran Regency, aim to increase the understanding and ability of MSME tenants in protecting trademarks and marketing their products. Through a series of training and technical guidance, MSME tenants are provided with knowledge about procedures, requirements and processes for managing Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) as well as effective marketing strategies. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in participants' knowledge and skills in applying for IPR and developing marketing strategies. The conclusion from this activity is that trademark protection and appropriate marketing strategies are very important to ensure the competitiveness of MSME products and minimize the risk of plagiarism. Suggestions are given to continue mentoring, increase access to information, develop marketing strategies, encourage collaboration with third parties, and carry out regular evaluations for program sustainability.
