Abstract

The research presented in this paper explores the transformative impact of digital literacy on improving entrepreneurial skills among the rural community of Cirumpak Village, with a focus on local micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Using a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, this research aims to equip local entrepreneurs with the digital tools and knowledge necessary to thrive in the digital marketplace. Targeting around 30 active MSME players, the implementation took the form of a preliminary survey followed by an educational session regarding digital marketing strategies and the application of technology in business. These findings indicate a significant increase in digital literacy among participants, leading to increased engagement with digital platforms and integration into their business models, despite initial resistance due to traditional practices. This increase in digital engagement is expected to drive greater business growth and adaptability in the digital economy.
