SISTEM KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA : PRIORITAS MANAJEMEN PT KA PROPERTY

Abstract

Every operational process within a company exposes its workforce to the inherent risks of work-related accidents. Therefore, it is imperative for a company to establish an Occupational Safety and Health program aimed at mitigating and preventing workplace accidents. This study endeavors to assess the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health at PT. KA Property Management Area Tanjung Karang. The research employed interview, observation, and literature study as data collection methods, with descriptive analysis as the chosen data analysis technique. The study focused on the workforce of PT. Tanjung Karang Area Management Property Train, specifically interviewing the Head of the PT work unit regarding the application of Occupational Safety and Health measures. The findings indicate that the implementation of occupational safety and health at PT. The Tanjung Karang Area Property Management Train is commendable and aligns with relevant regulations. Based on these results, recommendations include enhanced supervision by PT. KA Property Management Area Tanjung Karang and the imposition of strict warnings for workers failing to adhere to occupational safety and health policies to ensure more effective implementation.
