MENUJU DESA UNGGUL : OPTIMALISASI PRODUKSI GULA AREN MENGGUNAKAN TEKNOLOGI MODERN DI MASA PANDEMI

Abstract

Community Service Work Practices (PKM) in Talang Mulya Village, Pesawaran Regency, is an implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, especially in community service. The focus of this PKM is on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) of Varieties of Palm Sugar. This research highlights various obstacles faced by MSMEs, including lack of innovation in production and marketing, lack of understanding of financial management, and minimal mastery of technology in online marketing. In response, this program is designed to develop innovation in production, provide financial management training, and utilize social media as a marketing tool. The main aim is to increase the competitiveness of MSMEs, provide unique characteristics to products, and increase the knowledge and skills of MSME owners in technological and management aspects. This program is expected to make a positive contribution to the economic development of Talang Mulya Village and improve the quality of life of the local community.
