EDUKASI PENDIDIKAN DAN KESEHATAN: TENAGA PENDIDIK SEBAGAI AGEN PERUBAHAN

Abstract

Knowledge about the importance of information technology in the education sector that can be used by the campus so that it can provide knowledge for  Universitas Sang Bumi Ruwa Jurai after discovering the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, especially in the education sector. Community Service Work Practices (PKM) is one embodiment of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, namely community service. Various distance learning media were tried and used. Tools that can be used as online learning media include e-learning, Zoom applications, Google Classroom, YouTube and WhatsApp social media. This "Learning from Home" policy is appropriate to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in the school environment  . Students are agents of change and controllers of social life with an impact that has arisen during the current pandemic. There are many things that can be helped by the role of students. Therefore, the role of students is currently very much needed to support government programs to prevent the spread of Covid-19, as well as providing understanding or education to the public based on data conveyed by the government through the media.
