This study aims to evaluate the valuation of the e-commerce company PT. Bukalapak.com Tbk using the Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) and Relative Valuation methods in 2023. PT. Bukalapak.com Tbk is one of the leading e-commerce platforms in Indonesia, and a deep understanding of the company's value is crucial for stakeholders. The DCF method is used to calculate the present value of projected future cash flows, taking into account an appropriate discount rate. Meanwhile, the Relative Valuation method compares PT. Bukalapak.com Tbk with similar companies to determine its relative value based on key financial ratios.
The data used in this research includes the latest financial statements and market information. The analysis results indicate that the fair value of the company based on the DCF and Relative Valuation methods provides different yet complementary insights, reflecting the company's growth potential and risks. These findings are expected to provide valuable insights for investors and management in making investment decisions and developing business strategies in the future.
